Volunteer Opportunities

Children’s and Youth Ministry

  • Children's Ministry Volunteer

    A Children’s Ministry volunteer works with our children during Sunday School and special events. For the safety of our kids, you must attend Faith for at least one year and pass a background prior to serving.

  • Kids' Check-In Volunteer

    A Kids’ Check-In volunteer assists families in getting their children checked in for Sunday services, events, and special services. A Kids’ Check-In volunteer may begin serving at any time.

  • Mountaintop Youth Ministries ProPresenter Operator

    A MTYM ProPresenter Operator serves during Wednesday evening services and special events placing visuals on the screens during the speaker’s message. For the safety of our youth, you must attend Faith for at least one year prior to serving and pass a background check.

  • Mountaintop Youth Ministries Attendance Monitor

    A MTYM Attendance Monitor is present during Wednesday service arrival to check in youth. They monitor weekly attendance for MTYM and send a report to the Youth Pastor of any youth that have missed multiple services. For the safety of our youth, you must attend Faith for at least one year prior to serving and pass a background check.

Safety

  • Neighborhood Watch

    Neighborhood Watch partners with the Children’s Ministry volunteers to guard our children and assist our Sentinels’ team in promoting a safe environment. You must attend Faith for at least one year and pass a background check prior to serving.

Audio/Video

  • Live Sound Operator

    The Live Sound Operator runs live sound for our church worship team and weekly sermons on a monthly rotation with a team of skilled sound engineers. Prior experience running sound is recommended, but not required.

  • ProPresenter Operator

    The ProPresenter Operator serves during Sunday services and special events placing visuals on the screens during the speaker’s message.

  • Front of House Assistant

    The FOHA assists our lead sound operator in the sanctuary before, during, and after services. The FOHA helps make sure things are going according to plan, helps with any requests from sound, camera, and screen operators, and assists in ensuring our services flow smoothly.

Live Stream

  • Broadcast Audio Engineer

    The Broadcast Audio Engineer uses a digital audio workstation to mix the sound for all live-streamed services.

  • Manned Camera Operator

    The Camera Operator operates the manned camera during live streamed events under the direction of the Video Switcher.

  • Remote Camera Operator

    The Remote Camera Operator operates the control panel associated with the three remote PTZ cameras during live-streamed events.

  • Stream Tech

    The Stream Technician monitors the stream’s final output and ensures it is being sent to all of our platforms.

  • Video Switcher

    The Video Switcher toggles between cameras and computer sources during live-streamed events under the direction of the Video Director.

  • Video Director

    The Video Director leads the production team in producing a live stream of Sunday services and special events.

  • Chat Host

    The Live Stream Chat Host greets and engages with our online congregation. This position can be performed on campus or from your home.

Hospitality

  • Parking Attendant

    A Parking Attendant arrives early for Sunday service and special events to make sure cones and signage is in place to set correct traffic patterns before our guests arrive. A Parking Attendant is the first greeting our guests will receive upon arrival on our campus.

  • Shuttle Team

    Our Shuttle Team shuttle our guests to and from the IBEX parking lot before and after Sunday services and special events.

  • Door Greeter

    A Door Greeter ensures each guest is offered a church bulletin and receives a warm greeting upon entering our church.

  • Guest Services

    A Guest Services attendant ensures each guest completes a “Guest Card” and receives a free Faith t-shirt. They ensure guests know the location of the restrooms, kids’ classes and adult classes.

  • Hospitality Team

    The Hospitality Team serves the families of Faith during the birth of a child or the death of a family member with a home-cooked meal.

Worship Ministry

  • Musician

    Musicians lead the congregation in worship during Sunday services and special events. An audition with the Worship Pastor is required.

Grounds Maintenance

  • Snow Removal Team

    The Snow Removal team serves on an as-needed basis to prepare the property for Sunday services and special events. This team arrives early to ensure our congregation can enter the building safely.

  • Grounds Maintenance Team

    The Ground Maintenance team serves to make sure the grass is kept trimmed and the grounds are ready for Sunday services and special events.

Faith In Action

  • Global Missions

    Our Faith In Action team serves God’s people in at-risk communities through medical brigades, restoration projects, financial support, disaster relief, and demonstrating God’s love through practical acts of kindness.

  • Local Missions

    Our Faith In Action team serves our local community through feeding the homeless, restoration projects, partnering with local outreach organizations, and demonstrating God’s love through practical acts of kindness.
