Service Checklist and Troubleshooting

  1. Arrive at 4:00 PM

  2. Turn everything on through QYS’S board

  3. Ensure everything is connected properly (Pro Presenter, sound board, lighting)

  4. Check tracks to make sure lyrics and lighting are connected properly (Playback on correct playlist and playlist number and Pro Pres connected to “Worship MacBook Pro”

  5. Print order of Service (9) (connect to FCC Staff Wifi, and Print to SHARP printer)

  6. Turn pre service music on (Spotify, Pre-service playlist)

  7. Pre Service Meeting at 4:50

  8. Band run through at 5:00

  9. Pre service team prayer at 5:55

  10. 6:00 GO TIME!
