About This Series

We begin this new year with a commitment to revisit, or maybe build for the first time, the foundations of our faith in Jesus. There is no better way to begin this endeavor than with Jesus' longest recorded teaching found in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7).  In His teaching, Jesus presents a “third way” of approaching life that runs contrary to the pull of culture (Romans 12:2) and the pull of our thinking and desires (Proverbs 14:12; James 1:14).  In this series, we will dive into how Jesus describes the best way to live a life that is pleasing to God - not culture, not self, but “The Third Way”.
