The Holy Spirit works in the world, and in us, to apply the work that. Jesus accomplished on the cross. It is easier to relate to the Father and Son because of familiar, anthropomorphic images, but, as a member of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit, and His work, are vital to the plan of God. Jesus describes for us the role of the Holy Spirit, and from the birth of the church at Pentecost (Acts 2) we see that He is an empowering presence meant to draw people into a relationship with Jesus. We know that the enemy loves to bring confusion and division within the church. as it relates to the working of the Spirit, so during this series we will carefully explore the Scriptures and attempt to discern a sound understanding of what it means to be “Led by the Holy Spirit.”
